Service Level Agreement

Web Site Marketing

This agreement is conditional upon the customer paying the current monthly programming rate and the site evaluation fee as applicable.

If this is abided by Soft Concepts (MP) agrees to:

• re-evaluate your web site
  
• provide a phone number and email address for contact purposes
  

• ensure that any changes made are only those that you agree to
  
• check or redevelop a short and long description of your site for web positioning on the relevant search engines
  
• recheck or redevelop in consultation with you a list of key words for web positioning
  
• submit your web site to 500+ search engines including the top eleven search engines (this depends upon which option you have chosen)
  
• undertake a fortnightly refresh of your site (ie resubmitting it to the agreed search engine option of your choice)
  

• carry out tasks as required to achieve a better ranking for your web site
  

• develop or use your existing mailing list to promote your website
  

• provide a summary report of the your web site position on the search engines, it will be available in html (relevant fee applies)
  
• any other requests related to web site positioning and marketing that you consider relevant
  
• weekly back-up your web site carried out by your designated ISP
  
• if site hosting has been organised by Soft Concepts (MP) organise a weekly back up of your site

Any requests not deemed to be related to the above will be negotiated accordingly.
