Service Level Agreement

Web Site Maintenance

This agreement is conditional upon the customer paying the required rate for any time.

If this is abided by Soft Concepts (MP) agrees to:

• evaluate your site upon being engaged and suggest changes that would enhance the site, ie improved design
  
• assist in better business positioning for you only be carried with your approval
  

• act upon your request for changes, implement and test to ensure they achieve what was requested
  
• implemented updates at your request will be tested and introduced within 24 hours (maximum) of your request and charged at the block rate
  
• provide a phone number and email address for contact purposes addition of graphics, scans of images, animated gifs, counters, links to other sites and testing will be charged at the prescribed block programming rate
  

• addition of new pages, including guestbook pages and testing its effectiveness, will be charged at the prescribed block rate
  

• organise a weekly back-up your web site that will be carried out by your designated ISP
  

• if site hosting has been organised by Soft Concepts (MP) organise a weekly back up of your site

 

Any requests not deemed to be related to the above will be negotiated accordingly.
