Objective 5

To increase communication between the Emergency Department, community healthcare organisations and providers and the wider community by establishing a framework.

Since the commencement of the project in June 1998 the Advisory Group for the

Emergency Department – A Consumers Perspective project has met at the Northern Metropolitan Community Health Service, Commercial Road, Salisbury on the following occasions:

Monday 30 November 1998

Monday 22 February 1999

Monday 12 April 1999

Advisory Group meetings have been well attended, lively and extremely constructive.
