Male Silhouette Eric N Bersh, Executive Producer
is an Emmy award winning film and video editor, director, writer and producer who began his career in broadcast television. Among his credits is Supervising Editor for "The Barbara Walters Specials". He owned a production company specializing in movie publicity - behind the scenes - and worked on more than 215 films, including Aliens, Basic Instinct, When Harry Met Sally and O Brother Where Art Thou. His was the only company to be exclusive to a major Hollywood Studio, Twentieth Century Fox. His journalistic style of filmmaking influenced the way behind-the-scenes materials were produced for the next decade. LeeAnn is COO of Legacy Education LLC, owner of High Desert Medical College, a private institution in Lancaster, California specializing in degrees in nursing and related medical fields. The new school (with a second campus in Bakersfield, California) is a client of The Academic Channel.  LeeAnn has worked for more than a dozen years in student funding and is responsible for arranging more than $350 million in loans.  In addition to her academic experience, LeeAnn is a highly experienced sales and marketing manager.

Female Silhouette 2Carol Koprowski, PhD, RD, Diet and Nutrition Advisor
Carol is a registered dietitian with a PhD in Preventive Medicine/Health Behavior Research from the University of Southern California.  As an assistant professor in the Department of Preventive Medicine at USC, she teaches a variety of courses on nutrition and nutrition-related subjects at the undergraduate and graduate levels.  She also developed and teaches the nutrition curriculum to first year medical students at the Keck School of Medicine.  Her research focuses on methods to assess dietary intake, improving self-management skills in individuals with diabetes, preventing childhood obesity, and non-dieting approaches to health.

Wendy is an award-winning producer, director and editor known for documentaries (South Central Los Angeles: Inside Voices; Fallen Angels and The Cutting Edge: The Magic of Movie Editing) and broadcast productions, including Hard Rain, starring Bob Dylan, American Families, and Lily for President, starring Lily Tomlin.  Many of her early works are housed in the permanent collection of the Paley Center for Media.  She regularly appears in such publications as TV Guide and the Los Angeles Times.  Wendy has received several grants, including one from the Rockefeller Foundation.  She taught film at the California Institute of the Arts and is currently an adjunct professor at the University of Southern California School Of Cinematic Arts.
