Service Level Agreement

Web Concept/Design

This agreement is conditional upon the customer paying the required option cost.

Concept development
The first step is to plan out what kind of web site is needed to suit your business needs and the timescale for web design. This concept may necessitate development over one or two meetings, in person, by phone or email.

Web design
If this is abided by, Soft Concepts (MP) agrees to develop a web site with some or all of the following items depending upon which option you chose:

• provide a phone number and email address for contact purposes
  

• home page with button links to subpages
  
• company page (info about your company...)
  
• contact page (enquiries, order forms, e-mail, other contact info...)
  
• button links on each page
  
• background to suit your business needs
  
• company logo plus colour images/graphics scanned from your photos or artwork
  
• e-mail link
  
• if site hosting has been organised by Soft Concepts (MP) organise a weekly back up of your site
  
• other items of your suggestion

Any requests not deemed to be related to the above will be negotiated accordingly.
